In-Person Design Meeting & Presentation

This is the same exact service as the virtual, but in person in your own home. Please see my travel areas to see if this option is a good fit for you.

With this option you will receive:

  • An in-person discovery meeting (1 hour): We will meet at your home and discuss what you are looking for in your new space. I will take dimensions and photos, and note where all electrical and HVAC is located. You You only need to provide a few ideas of what you’re looking for in terms of style and color.

  • A design presentation meeting (1 hour): I will meet with you at your home to present your new space that I’ve designed, complete with buildable floorplans and elevations, renderings, and a design book with product pricing and quantities.

  • The full set of plans, elevations, and renderings will be yours to use yourself or provide to your contractor or remodeler. In addition, you will receive the design book, complete with the product pricing, quantities required, and links to purchase.
